About Me
Natalie: (Latin. From “Dies Natalis” meaning “day of birth”)
I’m the sort of person who sits at 3am listening to Seu Jorge while reading A.A. Milne’s Winnie the Pooh. I love James Dean. I like to call myself a writer or a poet, but both of those are actually lies, because I haven’t written anything in three months. I make Chinese red thread bracelets out of embroidery thread, but only for me and Jeff. I like weird music, but not in a pretentious way. Don’t talk to me while I’m reading a book; I won’t remember anything you say. I live at my house and also in the basement of First Baptist. I have a huge, grey jacket-blanket that I took from the music storage room at the church. I inhale Climbing Magazine every month, even though I don’t know what they’re talking about half the time. I actually read every article in each issue of National Geographic, but the pictures are nice, too.
Above all, I am a stumbling follower of my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Every day I fall, and every day He is faithful to help me back to my feet.
